The wall is up from day one. Every plan ships with game-tuned DDoS mitigation, NVMe storage, and the same operator support - regardless of tier. No upsells, no "premium protection" packages. Your traffic is protected as long as your station is online.
Real humans answer the line. If something breaks, open a ticket and an actual operator will respond - not a chatbot, not a script. Critical issues get a 12-minute response target. Everything else gets handled fast and honest.
We publish when we fail. If we miss an SLA, you'll see it on the status page first, then in your inbox with the postmortem. Transparency over polish, always.
Your callsign matters. You're not a customer ID to us. You're an operator running real infrastructure for real people, and we're the relay between you and the network. Treat us like that's true, because it is.
